Coffees

Arabica Coffee

Arabica coffee is one of the most popular and cultivated varieties of coffee, known for its mild flavor and complex aroma. Originating from Ethiopia, the Arabica coffee plant (Coffea arabica) grows best in high altitudes and tropical climates with mild temperatures and regular rainfall. Its beans are considered to be of high quality due to their more refined and less bitter flavor profile, compared to Robusta coffee. The Arabica plant is more susceptible to diseases and adverse conditions, which requires special care in its production. Despite this, Arabica coffee dominates the specialty and gourmet coffee market, being valued for its fruity, floral notes and complexity.
